 We recommend that you mail to your Top 100 customers (the ones who provide you with most of your business) and a list of prospects that you think you should be doing business with. You can gather the list of prospects yourself in a variety of ways. For instance, enter your address in Google and then click on "search nearby" to locate business types of interest. You can also purchase a list of businesses with specific characteristics (SIC code, number of employees, annual sales volume) from a list broker.

One pitfall to avoid is thinking that you must delay sending Printips until your mailing list is complete. Printips has great value as a reminder to your Top 100 customers of your printing expertise and why they selected you as their printer. It also may help them learn about new products and services you are offering and avoid having them say, "I didn't know you did that".
